During the pandemic, a large university needed a solution to facilitate daily health monitoring of individuals on campus. They faced difficulties in communicating with individuals on campus and sharing recommendations based on health symptoms. They also lacked insight into the overall state of health at the campus.
The CA team developed a mobile app for individuals to record key health metrics and symptoms on a daily basis. The app provided health recommendations based on the recorded data and monitored recovery periods. A supporting dashboard for management summarized numbers by different health categories and also allowed to drill down to individual names to reset health status as needed.
The self-monitoring app empowered individuals to manage their health proactively, while the management dashboard provided comprehensive oversight and quick action capabilities. This solution enhanced health safety on campuses, ensuring timely interventions and better management of health risks.
