The CA team designed a virtual consultation solution, comprising an admin web portal for the hospital and an iPad app for patients. The Admin portal was created for registering patients, assigning iPad devices, and scheduling and hosting virtual appointments. The iPad device had the iPad app set up for the patient, through which the patient could receive updates about appointments and join the virtual consultations. This dual-app solution ensured that patients could easily receive follow-up care and healthcare providers could manage patient interactions efficiently. In addition, family members could also participate in the meeting with the physician.
