Solution
The CA team developed a solution whereby customers can scan a QR code on a product on the shop floor. This opens up a responsive link on the mobile browser, with detailed product feature descriptions and images. The page has additional features such as showing related products, adding the product to favorites, comparing with other products and sharing the information with family/friends. New products can be easily added to the platform by updating features and images through the backend.
